You have the pano starting on the lux version. https://www.lexus.ca/lexus/en/config...e/es#/packages

As I'm typing this email, I have a small placard on the wall near my computer that says "happiness will never come to those who fail to appreciate what they already have". With the utmost respect to you and your post, there will always be things that others have that, for some reason, we don't have. That's a fact of life.

I own a 2019 ES 300h (luxury package) that is filled with great technology. I'm super happy with it, It has tons of great features that should satisfy almost anyone. That being said, why waste our energy lamenting about what we don't have when we might be happier and more content appreciating what we do have?

Be patient and hopefully those things that India has will be coming our way.

I need a new placard. Mine says: "The grass is always greener in the neighbor's yard".

Hi Everyone,

Just picked up a 16 RX 450h F-Sport. My understanding is the hybrid F-Sport for the RX doesn't come with rear heated seats (I'm guessing due to the hybrid battery) but I'm not 100% sure.

Has anyone found a solution to adding heated rear seats, especially if the wiring already exists? Would love to get them added somehow. Hoping it's not too heard to find red heated seats in a junk yard. Or maybe take the heating pad/coils out of another one and retro fit into mine.

Thanks!

zdaddy, did you mean to post this in the RX forum rather than the ES forum?

Took four years to make its way through the pipe.

Since you asked, I would think getting heated rear seats would be a significant expense.

Wrong forum and I don't believe any RX has rear heated seats at least in the 4GEN.

Yes, Most RX with power folding rear seats have heated rear seats. My 2016 F sport with pwr rear seats has heated rear seats. Don't really miss them on the ES though. Pretty useless heated seats. just like the RX heated steering wheel, the seats barely get warm.

Heated front seats on my F Sport are hot hot hot. Not only the seat, but the back gets toasty warm too.

I've noticed the NX warms the tush area almost exclusively, little to none on the lumbar region.

Europe models got more equipment and I would say they are better on driving. 10 says ago I received a 2021 RAV4 hybrid and I’m driving it every day and the energy management is much much much better. It tries to keep the battery almost full all the time, the battery doesn’t overheat like in ES 300 H, it charges the battery much faster etc.
