Default ES 350 lease quote

Looking to lease a ES350, MSRP $46,619.

27mo/15K
Zero down, $796 for 27 months.

What you all think. They are discounting the car $4038.

Seems like a good deal for a purchase. I didn't think they were discounting nearly 10% so soon.

wait for lease factors to come down with december event
if they take 4k off, with a strong residual and a good lease factor payment should be in mid 500's
good luck to much for es anything over 600

I think that is a lot for a Lexus ES 350. I agree with Mike you should be able to get into the mid five hundred range with all the factory offerings. Good Luck!

$700/month lease for a $46k car is insane. I'd wait for the "new factor" to wear off since the new ES just came out. There are clearly no factory incentives at that payment.

Was the 27 months term requested by you? Seems odd to me.

I don't know what license tabs cost where you are, but ours are super expensive so I only lease in full year increments. I don't want to pay 12 months worth of tabs to then have someone else own it for 9 of those months.

there are 3 factors for lease payment
besides the selling price and mileage of 15k

the cap cost what their selling the car for with discount

the residual at end of term, this usually set for amt of months

and the interest rate or money factor for lease
there are no incentives with lease so i would bet 4% is baked into rate

if you want the car now i would tell them you want a 36 month lease sign and drive with 15k for $649 /mo
if you want to save money wait till the money factor changes with the december event and inventory changes with more supply than demand

Probably? Buyers who have actually got quotes know it’s .00045 as of last Saturday. .00045x2400 = 1.08

Yes. I wanted 24mo which was $70 higher. Decided to hold off till December deals rolls around. For 27mo lease I usually turn it in at 24mo anyway with all the milage used up off-course.
