Talk to Text
When my iPhone is connected, I’m having success in having my texts read to me hands-free while driving, but when I try to reply, I’m having no luck. Any advice how to get it working?

Text reply through navigation is not supported by the iPhone. You can do it using Siri Eyes Free, though. That's how I do it and it works reasonably well.
