The attached invoice includes everything with the exception of the Mark Levinson sound system. Can it be added to the present package? Or, do I have to go with the Ultra Luxury package of some type, at a comparable price? Comments or suggestions are appreciated.

I don't see the attachment to which you are referring, but I'll try to provide some information.
Most of the cars that have the ML system and that you are likely to find in a dealer's inventory are going to be either an ES 350 Luxury or an ES 350 Ultra Luxury with a MSRP between $50,000 and $54,000. According to the Lexus website, the minimum equipment that you would have to add onto a 2019 ES to get the ML system would be the Premium package, a navigation system (which is a part of the ML package), the blind spot monitor, parking assist, and wood trim with ambient lighting
.
That car would have an MSRP of $46,000+. To get a car with that configuration, you might well have to do a special order because it would be unlikely that a dealer would have it in its inventory.

For some reason, I'm not able to attach the invoice but it was for $46,600. It included the Navigation and the premium packages along with the 18" wheels and as few other incidentals. I prefer the Mark Levinson over the standard audio system but will settle if its cost prohibitive. How much additional do you think it will be? This will be my retirement car and I want to make sure I get everything I want. This will be my third ES.

I just got an ES that has the Mark Levinson audio system but it does not have navigation. It basically has all the options except Navigation system. This is how i wanted it because i use Apple Carplay and do not ever use the factory navigation.
Also the speakers look so cool on the Mark Levinson package , the base speakers look terrible.
