I think i'll start putting it in the door storage.

Thanks.

And for a total of 20 minutes (i.e. you can remote start only twice consecutively).

So if you elect NOT to pay for this, what protection is left for someone accidentally leaving their car running?

When exiting a running vehicle that was started manually, it will run until out of gas. This is the same for all manufactures. Remote starting, using Enform, it will run for a max of 10 minutes. If the subscription has expired, you can not start it remotely. Basically, your question is not relevant.

He may mean just leaving it running while exiting the car and that will produce a loud warning beep to remind you the engine is still on.

Toyota or any other VEHICLE manufacturer is not responsible for a person leaving a car running in a closed room. Personally, I would never start a car in a closed garage or leave one running without opening the door for ventilation. To me that is basic security. Add to this that a very loud beep occurs when shutting the door with the engine running. I honestly don't know how someone could do this.

Back to sunglasses... Today, a pair that I ordered came with yet another storage solution built right in. Came with a carabiner so you can clip it to the lights or washer or one of the steering wheel paddles depending on whether you are right or left handed. That's how I kept my garage door opener for years.

Can’t put them in the door closer hole. That’s where I keep the quarters for parking meters.

My 2011 Camry has the sun glass holder up near the sun roof controls. That's something I'm going to miss when my ES comes in.

Leaving any types of specs near the roof is a bad idea; Temperature swings and especially Summer heat can destroy the the anti-reflective coating on many modern glasses. Happened to my prescription glasses which was stored in our highlander, so ever since that incident I been storing it in the glove box.

To the left of the steering wheel is a little pop open drawer that I think is Lexus' parting nod to the ashtray. That's where I keep my quarters...

That mini-slot is also the perfect size for gas or credit card.... but unfortunately, that's about all that will fit.
