Blackvue, I would recomend this camera to anyone. I love mine and I have gotten them on most of my cars. Here is a good site I've used.

Thank you, BigBlack06. I will certainly look into that model of dash camera. What I am more interested in is how to connect the dash camera to power? Most connect to the cigarette lighter. The lighter in my 2019 ES 350 UL is in the center console--not easy to connect to. Are there any other slick connection possibilities?
Many thanks.
Many thanks.

It was professionally installed. The power runs across the top of the dashboard, down the A pillar and its wired into the fuse box. it also has a rear camera, that wire is run down along the base of the doors under that trim and up around to the camera mounted at the top of the rear window,

As far as cameras go, BlackVue makes the best camera IMHO. 4K available, cool vehicle diagnostics like bigblack mentioned, their cloud setup is better. My issue was the form, factor specifically for my application, it was important to me it be as invisible as possible and the Thinkware camera accomplished that better. They have a new one coming out that is the same form factor but its higher resolution in the front (its like 2K), the Q800 Pro.
This is a view of my setup from the outside. The adhesive mount sits up in the dot matrix area and the camera kind of peeks out right from underneath there:
Here's the rear camera, this does not impact the rear sunshade either, at least on the LS:
In the new ES I know there's a big trim module around the base of the mirror which means the BlackVue installed right beneath that might work better:
