Default F-Sport Grill On Non F-Sport

I special ordered a ES 300h but I really like the front grill of the F-Sport. Unfortunately that grill only comes on the F-Sport which I don't want (other than the grill) due to no hybrid option, no real leather (one Nu-Lux) option, no UL package and I think something else.

So what I'm curious about is how difficult/expensive would it be to buy the F-Sport grill from Lexus and swap it out?

The center grill looks like a direct swap. You'd need to change the front end if you wanted the side panels too. Price could be anywhere from a few hundred dollars to a lot more. New design, so it's not easily available from a wide variety of sources. Lexus or a body shop, not likely to find any on ebay just yet.

It kind of looks like the side panels would actually fit on the front bumper as well. We'll know for sure when someone actually tries this but it Toyota/lexus is well known for sharing as many pieces as possible to reduce costs.

The trim around the f sport grille is black chrome vs the regular es so it might make sense to change that out as well

Someone I believe successfully did this on the RX forum. I hate the non FSport grills including the one on my wife's RX.

The one for the 19 GS is $250 plus labor. I suspect the ES can't be that much more. Call your dealer. They will give you a real number for your area... You can shop a couple of of other body shops, but I'd stick with a dealer authorized facility just in case one of the cameras get damaged. Some things you let price rule, I don't think this should be one of those things. Especially on a brand new car.
