This is complete garbage. Lexus's answer to this problem is to sell you a new vehicle. They had two years to figure out a solution but I guess they really don't care about their customers enough to figure it out. So, I guess this leaves us with no other option than to use an aftermarket solution which will require a second key fob. I am not really sure why my remote cannot start my car without 3G service but it is what it is. I can honestly say that I am truly disappointed in Lexus for this. Now if only I was an electrical engineer that could figure out a solution for this I could make a small fortune from it. AND I would be help out thousands of people in the process.
