Enform App Suite - unable to link phone apps
This is very confusing to me. I open up the enform app suite on my phone. The phone screen says "vehicle connected via bluetooth"
I have the NPROne app on my phone. I open it up.
The apps on the car screen are grayed out. I cannot select anything.
Not sure what to do next. The owner's manual says to confirm if the phone is bluetooth compatibable or not. I thought it was because the enform app suite says "vehicle connected via bluetooth".
The owner's manual does not give much information in order to figure out what I need to do.

Yes. Bluetooth works fine. Did you select bluetooth as the source? Even though you are connected, it won't automatically select it. However, once you select it, It wall stay selected until you change it.

"Radio" dash button is for every source Outside the car, AM/FM/Sat/Audio streaming through App Suite - iHeart/Slacker
"Media" dash button is for sources Inside the car, CD/iTunes in your phone/USB devices and
Streaming Audio not controlled by App Suite such as Spotify and Pandora now that Sirius bought it and changed the code

I did what Anthony said. Seems to be the local npr station playing through the app on my phone over my car's speakers.
BUT, the Enform App on the navigation screen is all gray and not selectable. What the heck? I thought I would be choosing the apps through there as long as I have them on my phone?
Anyway, I thought about selecting the disconnect button on the phone app for Lexus Enform. After doing that, I saw a list of apps (iHeart, NPROne, Slacker) and a button next to each "Sign In" I signed in to NPROne and nothing happens. There's something I'm missing. I still get the screen "When it is safe and legal to do so, .....ensure Enform App Suite..... is running and logged in on your phone." I did that. Nothing.

Is it running and logged in on your phone? Whenever Lexus says "when it's safe and legal," they're telling you to not do it while driving. For some functions, the car must be in Park. It's a safety thing. Enform operations starts on Page 273 of the nav manual.

Open the appsuite app on your phone. Make sure you are not in your car or near it. Or if you are when you open this app, tap on disconnect. You will see the apps listed that you have made a login password for. Next to these apps is a sign-in button. Click that and type in your password for each app. Then when you are in the car, it should work.

Not sure about your issue but I had an issue with not being able to access Alexa. However I was connected to the car with BT. The problem, for me, was that I was NOT logged into
Enform 2.0. Once I logged on the connectivity issue was resolved.
