First of all, there are no instructions. He sent me a video which explains some things. It is not complicated at all. I can remove the panel and take some photos and you will see all the details.
First thing to do is to remove the panel, and then the white door cover.
After that, you remove the two 10mm bolts that hold the window track.
Remove 3 bolts that hold the lock mechanism. Remove the 4-5 wire plug from it. Remove the rod from the handle to the lock mechanism.
At this point you will be able to remove the door lock mechanism out. Swap the lock.
Put it back on. The motor cable should go over the door handle (inside the door). It has double sided tape. The motor goes under the mirror (double sided tape).
Positive and negative cable has to be routed behind the front window track. All cables should be zip tied.
There is a blog for the powder window motor and there you should connect the lock mechanism motor. Very easy to find and easier to connect, everything is included in the box.
You are not bothering me, I am here to help.

I've seen CLARIOS on recent (US) Lexus ES 350 OEM batteries.
Added: In gcvt's photo that looks like the CLARIOS logo on the battery label seen near the upper right edge of the multimeter.

Me neither. Turns out "Clarios" is the new name for Johnson Controls batteries; looks like the company just spun off its battery division. Of course, there are only 2 or 3 big 12v battery makers worldwide (them, Exide, I forget who else), and they've long been one of them.
