Mark Levinson sound system specs (w/out Nav)

Just picked her up last night from the audio shop and my first impression was WOW!
A close friend of mine suggested I take my vehicle to an audio shop owned by one of his relatives. It's a small shop and I only agreed because the work would be done at no cost to me since my friend wanted to repay a favor. I decided to only install the subwoofers, sub amp and digital processor. That being said the sound system needs some adjustments. I asked the shop owner where he grabbed the signal from and he stated he removed the rear seat to connect to the rear sub.
When I got home and started to fiddle with it and I noticed a slight hum when no music is playing. My first thought was it's a grounding issue but then I noticed the hum would disappear after 3k rpm. Every time at exactly 3k rpm the hum would be gone and then I remembered this car amplifies the engine noise. Now I have to figure out how to fix that issue since the shop owner had no clue how to resolve that issue or maybe I'll just take it to a different shop.
Also, I know the subs can produce more bass than they are at the moment. I'm not sure if that's because the signal was grabbed from the rear sub or just need to make more adjustments to the amp and processor. I did run a quick audio sweep track and the sweet spot seems to be from 30 to 60hz at the moment. Just massive amounts of bass and just drops flat after 60hz
Overall I'm very pleased with the sound and there is no need to upgrade the front stage since I can adjust the sub output on the fly with the remotes. I actually have two at the moment one from the digital processor and one from the sub amp. They were installed next to the shifter for easy adjustability.
Any input on how to fix the hum would be much appreciated.

Made some adjustments to the various frequencies on the digital processor and she came to life. Sounds amazing now the only issue left is the humming noise from the ANC. I'm going to take her to an audio shop in hopes that they can disable it. Here is a picture of the controls next to the shifter.

The hum goes away after 3k RPM? I thought the active noise only kicks in above 4k RPM or something?
Seems odd that it would hum when there should be NO active noise being sent through the system.
My guess is something wrong with the installation. Either a poor ground, maybe improperly insulated wires, or speaker wires running parallel with power wires.

I'll use some jumper cables on the point the tech grounded the amp to cross out that possibility. I also bought some Rockford Fosgate rca's and I'll do a polarity test but I'm fairly certain it's going to be the ANC. My last vehicle had the same issue and the ANC had to be disabled.

There's a wide range of music that I listen to just depends on what mood I'm in but the biggest part would be Hip-Hop and R&B. Being in my early 30's I love 90's music. That's where the digital processor comes into play in adjusting the frequencies and getting it dialed in to your liking. Plus the control offers even more flexibility.

I was able to confirm today that the hum is caused by the anc. While cleaning the vehicle my 5 year old son started to play with the window and I notice the hum would disappear while the window was down. Same thing if the sunroof was open.
Which means the anc is active from idle to 3k rpm only with a closed cabin. Now I have to find an audio shop that can deactivate it.

That's great you're one step closer to a solution! For some reason I thought you were talking about the fake engine noise that plays through the speakers causing the feedback. Now it makes sense what you're experiencing.
