After 1000 miles, I have calculated an average of 21.8 mpg. Maybe 300 miles were strictly highway.
P.S. I'm using 87 Octane, California gas.

My 100% city mileage is low, like 16 mpg, but I have 14 stops on my 3.5 mile drive to work if I catch all the lights. Even babying it in eco mode doesn't help much.
Country highway mileage (cruise control set at 60-65) I get over 35 mpg. Major highways driving at 75+ that goes down to the 31-32 mpg range. My highest was 38 on the highway, must have been going downhill lol haven't gotten that high again.

Although there are mountains all around, most of my early driving was on pretty level ground. Fortunately, we don't often have traffic jams here, so that may be why the city mileage is pretty good. Some of the highway mileage was on 2 lane country roads with a 55 mph speed limit, so that mileage was probably pretty good.

3.7 mile commute to the subway parking lot. 10 stoplights.
If I used ECO mode for the gas tank capacity, I'd get about 18.4. If I used SPORT mode, about 16.9.

I just got back from a trip of 280 miles with about 80 miles in city traffic in Phoenix and Scottsdale and the rest on Interstate at 80 mph. Mileage for the trip was 31.6 mpg according to the gas pump and 32.1 according to the trip computer. My car had 984 miles on it at the end of the trip. Needless to say, I am very happy with the mileage so far. The cruise control is critical at Interstate speeds. The car is so quiet that it is easy to exceed intended speeds. As I get more used to the radar cruise control, it is easy to maintain near constant speed, and when necessary the accels and decels are usually very gentle and probably contribute to good mileage.

27MPG average in over 4 years of ownership (live in Canada and it is 8.5l/100 km which works out to 27MPG US mileage conversion.
Mileage here is negatively affected by cold temps in winter. Probably do 70% highway driving but some of that is stop and go rush hour stuff.
