What is the width of 2019 ES350 mirror to mirror. I can only find without mirrors.

Measure the mirror, multiply it x 2 and add it to the width measurement... Each mirror measures 14" from the door where it's mounted to the outer tip.

This link from Toyota/Lexus says "Overall Width" is 73.4 inches. Why would that not be from outside tip of mirrors?

You will need to get an owner of a 2019 ES to roll down both front windows and measure the distance right through the car. On my 2018 the published width of the car is 71.7" and the width through the car is 83.3". The 2019 starts out wider at 73.4" but I unfortunately do not have one and don't know about the size of the mirrors. And I agree this is a useful dimension to have at your disposal.

I think it's all based on some industry standard of measurements, no vehicle dimension I've ever seen published, is tip to tip on the mirrors.

FWIW, my 19 Avalon Limited is 84" tip to tip on the mirrors.
