Any good products out there to clean/wipe the dash with and also any good seat leather care products.

Other threads about this. The dash material is super sensitive to scratches. Try Adams interior detailer.

I've never used anything but clean water on a damp cotton towel for any car for cleaning the dash. Especially this one. As Mike states the material is very sensitive to marking.
Lots of good leather cleaner/conditioners out there...I use Meguiar's...

I had several scuffs on the dash material just above the glove box and had very good success with Formula 303 protectant. After applying, scuffs are not noticeable most of the time except under certain lighting or at certain angles. Even then, they are far less visible than before. I then applied Formula 303 to all the other non-leather surfaces. It not only protects, everything really "pops" now.

I've ordered the Formula 303 Leather Conditioner. I'll let you know what I think once I try it.
