I am considering getting a 2020 ES350 with the Ultra Luxury package. What exterior color do you all think is the best to go for?

This question is kind of like "what's your favorite flavor - orange, grape, or cherry". Highly subjective and everyone has a favorite... Atomic Silver seems to be the "in" color in 2019...

I was leaning towards Atomic Silver....It grew on me a lot during my time in the showroom....I also liked the Midnight Mica color but I thought the Atomic Silver would be the most neat color. Although if i really wanted to, the Ultrasonic Blue Mica is a beautiful shade too....though I would have to get the F Sport.

It depends on what you like. For me, I only go with three choices: Dark-> Black; Light-> White; in the middle-> Atomic Silver.

And I have Atomic Silver with Flaxen interior. Was a toss up between black and Flaxen...Great combination

what is the flaxen color? Is that like a beige?

No. I had a 2013 ES Satin Cashmere with Champagne interior. It was too light although a beautiful color. Flaxen is much darker than beige, like a reddish tinted brown... Very rich color that goes beautifully with the darker Atomic Silver... You can probably get an idea of it on the Lexus web site...

I must say that I would like the wood trim to be less dark and look more like natural wood.

AFAIK it IS natural wood... Although I have bamboo which, again, is REAL bamboo...

Yes, thanks. I do know that it's natural wood but it's much darker and not really the wood tone that I would like.

If it looks like wood, it's genuine wood. Lexus interiors have never used fake wood.

I like the caviar exterior. Second ES I have had in that color. Looks black at times, but also has a cool metallic gray look at times as well.
As far as interior goes: The issue I have w flaxen interior on the ES is that, as nice as the seats look, the steering wheel is then brown - don't love it. On the RC the flaxen has a black steering wheel and it looks decent. For the ES I prefer the black interior - or the F Sport red.
