Default Help with previous Gen Wheels on 2019-20

Hello all,

I am looking to put a set of 2015-2016 Black Crafted line wheels on my current gen 2019 that currently has the noise reduction wheels. My question is do I need TPS sensors from the previous gen or the current gen. I want to make sure they work as lexus shows different part numbers. Any help will greatly be appreciated.

2016 Wheels
Wheel Size 18x7.5
Bolt Pattern 5-114.3
Offset 45mm
Tire size P225/45R18

2019 Wheels
Wheel Size 18x8
Bolt Pattern 5-114.3
Offset 45mm
Tire size 235/45R18

They should be able to transfer the sensors from your current wheels to your "new" crafted line wheels. I have done it a few times without issue. Are you buying the new rims new from Lexus or buying used? Just asking because maybe you just want to powder coat your current rims and keep them as-is. The new crafted line rims from Lexus are pricey. And a used or refurbished rim always makes me nervous. I coated mine 18s black and think they are definitely serviceable.

Thanks for the reply, i actually already have the rims. Because of that i want to have 2 setups 1 for winter 1 for summer. So I have to buy new sensors, Im just trying to figure out if i need 2019 sensors or 2016. Because the sensors have to fit the 2016 wheels, yet still work with the 2019 car.

In that case I will say what I should have said in the first place: I don't know. .

I like the crafted line wheels for sure though. I bet if you ask tire rack they will know. Tell them you are buying new tires for the wheels etc and ask about the tpms.
