...to tend to my ailing mother. My car will be parked in the basement of my condo building. I've lived there for many years and have never seen any kind of rodent.

Is there anything I should do with my car before I leave tomorrow?

Agreed. I have left ours sitting for several weeks on numerous occasions - especially when the snow gets deep. Never had an issue.

It should be totally fine, I'd fill up the gas tank and park it as normal.

1) raise the car frame onto blocks to take the pressure off the tires so that they don't develop a flat spot.

2) Drain the radiator and refill it with fresh antifreeze

3)refresh the oil with new oil to get rid of any acids that have developed

4)fill the gas tank to the top and put in additives to maintain the octane rating while the car is sitting there

5) put in several dehumidifying canisters in the passenger compartment

6) put an ultrasonic rodent repellent in the engine compartment

7) cover the car in a tarp wrapping..

Just kidding. Car will be fine for a few weeks.
