Nav vs Non-Nav ES FSport 2020

Ok I think I may have found 2 options but probably need to act quick. So quick survey if $$ aren't an issue would you go with ES350 FSport pkg with Nav -- $49,700 or ML Stereo, AVS suspension pkg -- $52,400 . Down here is way pkg come into dealer, if you find ML option it will always have AVS option with it, from what I've seen.
