Sports mode and 0-60 spes, mpgs

I have the ES 350 F-Sport and in my opinion, I consider it a "sporty sedan" and not a "sports car" where 0-60 or any clocked times are irrelevant or should be practiced on a regular basis. It's a FWD car. Sure, it has enough power to navigate well on the highways and around town but regular WOT events are really not necessary unless you are in a precarious situation where safety is a concern and you need to get the heck out of the way of something real quick. I think I used it once when a dump truck was loosing a load of rocks on the turnpike and my only option was to accelerate around him as fast as possible. Car actually did well as it went from about 70 to well over 100 in real short time and all the rocks missed me.
You want to drag race? Get a rear wheel drive Dodge Charger Scat Pack or equivalent or better yet, a Lexus GSF 4 door with 467 HP while they are still available.
My opinion - the ES 350 is a really nice car. Enjoy it for what it is.
