Seat Belt Problem

The seat belt on the front seat passenger side retracts into the upper anchor with the plastic part hanging slightly crooked. Then when I go over a small bump it rattles against the side of the car. Not the same problem with the driver side seat belt. An irritant because I need to go to that side of the car to straighten it out before leaving in the car after a front seat passenger has been there.
Any one else have this problem? Dealer says nothing they can do, and it only happens when the seat belt is in lower, not higher position. Not so, though when I try it, and my wife needs the belt in the lower position anyway.

I had the same issue for a while and it was really annoying. When I finally got around to inspecting it I noticed that one side of the seat belt was folded inward and thus causing the clip to touch the B pillar. My suggestion is to add some rubber tape to prevent plastic on plastic contact.
