Leaves and debris stuck at the font radiator/grill
I dont know if this is a common thing because all cars I owned I never seen this, small debris yeah but not this much...his gotta be a design flaw, how can these get in, like a big leaf. They stuck in between because there is a gap between the radiator and the surface...
Anyone has this issue and know how to get these out, bring to dealer and have them take out the front grill to clean????

Yep, me too! I ended up up laying on the ground with a long 'pick' and carefully dislodging them and pulling them out through the front. Would be interesting if there was a way to install or mount a screen (with like 1/4 inch holes), or s secondary grill of some kind behind the front grill to keep debris out of there?

I don't get as much debris in my vehicle but used compressed air to clean it out and the results were great, food for thought.

I have the same issue - was going to use a leaf blower low speed - anyone know if that will work? I can't even see where's there's an opening for the stuff to come out.

I think this phenomenon must be much worse on the F-Sport grill. I had to go out and look to see if the regular grill even has such a collection point. It looks like it does have one higher up on the grill but it doesn’t have the second lower one as the OP’s image suggests. I’m not even sure the one on the standard grill would really collect debris in the same way as it appears to be very tight against the supporting framework. Perhaps that’s the price you have to pay for having the more attractive grill... I agree with the suggestion to try squirting it out with some compressed air. If it’s as tight as ours, I don’t really think you could get a vacuum cleaner attachment in there. Perhaps a pressure washer at a car wash?

It does happen on a non FSport!! I tried compressed air to get them out of my grille, but it didn't even move them. It's like they're wedged in. I'm not sure where they would go even if I could dislodge them. I don't see any opening at the bottom. It sure seems odd that the only way to get them out is a power washer! Even more odd to have to remove the panel underneath. Maybe a hose, but Id have to wait until spring so I can hook up my hose again.

I have the same issue. I'm ordering one of these from Amazon to pluck them out:

Since I started this thread, Covid hit and I haven't been driving much so this was kind of been forgotten. Took my car out to a car wash today and notice this again, looks really messy and quite noticeable.
I am thinking about take remove the plastic cover underneath the font bumper / grill to get access and clean, not sure how complex it is, I don't have proper tools and such...
Anyone has tried to clean this before or known a solution to clean these leave without removing any parts?

I don't get those type of leaves in FL, but do get debris in that same spot on my F-Sport. My gas blower does the trick every time. I didn't buy the blower for that reason. Use it for cleaning up after I do landscaping. LOL Also great for drying the car after washing.
