2019 ES 350 Rough Idle?
Purchased this vehicle as a demo with 5K miles on it back in Aug....dealership already had to replace tires. This has created some concern as I’ve also been experiencing some slight shaking I feel in gas peddle, steering wheel, and floorboard of car. I’ve also noticed a seemingly rough idle both at start and after I get to my destination (usually 10-15 miles). I’ve taken to dealership and they’ve stated that all is normal. I previously had a 2017 IS 350 and didn’t experience any of this with that car....here’s a link to the engine sound....couldn’t get it to attach. Could really use some feedback....does this sound normal? https://share.icloud.com/photos/0mdy...reBAqZGwrj3_pg

Second time at service dept. they finally inspected tires further due to some slight shaking on highway and found them to be worn...I was in question about that as well. It definitely raises a red flag.

Gentlemen, make sure you get Lexus to check and clean the air mass sensor.
Lexus did under warranty free of charge for me, so now I have a pretty smooth idle.

I purchased mine brand new in summer, but by winter and roughly 7,500 miles, it started to idle badly.
It was intermittent, and sometimes it was there, and other times it was not.
Then it got regular, so I had to take it back to Lexus.
There was some type of Lexus service bulletin for that issue - I forgot the proper Lexus technical term for it.
My left hand side front air vent used to intermittently rattle too; I had to put my finger on the vent to stop the rattle.
I got sick of it and I was about to take it back, but now that intermittent air vent rattle has definitely stopped many many years ago.
NB
I remember now.
It is called a TSB - Technical Services Bulletin.
A fix for common Toyota faults.
