Poor Quality Indicator Stalk

Poor Quality Indicator Stalk
Hello All,
I own Japan manufactured ES300h. Over time i noticed the tactile feedback of indicator stalk has been degrading since i bought the car home in September’18.
Now the indicator stalk feels really cheap when engaging as if the plastic mechanism inside is breaking.
I booked an appointment with the dealership and the technician had a look at it and reported it normal. I demanded to check the same with a different brand new ES in their stock as well as another ES which had ran 5000 miles.
I noticed that when engaging the indicator in brand new ES, it felt nice and stiff exactly the way it should feel in a luxury car.
In the ES which had ran 5000 miles, it felt a little loose and plasticky compared to brand new one. But still, a lot better than mine. And my ES has completed 20,000 miles.
Right now they’ve recorded the video of the stalk functioning and waiting for warranty approval.

I live in Florida, we don't use turn signals. LOL
Just kidding, I do. I've had my 2019 ES350 F-Sport for about 6 months and have just over 5K miles so mine is still kind of new. However, I feel no signs of weakening with the turn signal stalk. Also, of course without taking the column apart, the construction of the stalk seems like all the other Lexus vehicles I've had.
There certainly could be some abnormality that is causing the issue with some ES vehicles. Maybe a loose pin in the stalk mechanism within the column or something. Certainly possible.

That is good news!
My turn signal is weird feeling too. Pushing up to go right feels solid and smooth, pushing down to go left feels like something is catching on the inside and requires a lot more force.
I actually liked the single click from my old '13 GS.

The replacement parts arrived at the dealer, so i booked an appointment for work to be done. Now the indicator movement is smooth and noiseless just the way it should be in a luxury vehicle.
Also, got them to replace driver seat frame rail due to “play” in seat in stop and go traffic.
