2019 es350 bluetooth phone volume
When receiving a phone call the voice has low volume without increasing the radio volume. Does anyone know of a way to fix this issue.

If you're using Bluetooth you should have the ability to increase the volume on your phone which will reflect while connected to the vehicle.

The volume button on the steering wheel will control the phone volume during an active call and pretty sure without impacting the radio volume when the call ends and it comes back on.

The phone volume is at the max. The radio volume when listening to is set to about 10 to 12 to hear a phone call i have to go to at least 40. ????

Yep i tried again and you are right on if i am in a call i increased the volume on the steering wheel to about 35 and then when i hang up the radio goes back to 12. Thanks for your help
