Exact same issue here. Can’t find anything to fix it either, frustrating!

I use the Adams interior cleaner and it works great on these spots. I previously used 303 protectant but when I switched over to the Adams product I realized the 303 gave it to much of a shine which I prefer the flat matte finish.

Adams question before I order. Is the product the Interior Detailer or Total Interior Cleaner?

The one I use is the DETAILER.

Another question regarding Adam's... Does this product actually remove the marks on the dash material or does it merely cover them up like the rest of the silicone based products?
Meguiar's, Armorall, 303, make the marks disappear - for a while - then they reappear after the coating dries. I'm dubious as to the result...

Haha... forget Adam's, 303 etc etc when it comes to interior (to put it in a nice word, was originally going to use another word.)

1Z is absolutely hands down the best. https://amzn.to/3zr3sch

This is known in the industry to be the leader. Detailers buy them in gallon sizes without labels. BMW contracts with this company for decades w/ their logo on it. Nothing else touches my interior for years. Almost a decade now. No shine. Just protection and a nice matte factory finish.

As far as marks:

*NO PRODUCT WILL REMOVE SCRATCH MARKS OR RESTORE TRIM*

MARKS ARE MECHANICAL. AND NEED MECHANICAL PHYSICAL REMOVAL.

Use product as a finisher to blend that last 1% as an illusion and wipe clean and add protection but do not expect to remove scratches/gouges etc.

It almost seems to me that the more times you use Adam's the less apparent the original scuffs are even if they reappear weeks later. I haven't used it in months and the surface still seems scuff free at least to my eyes

I had same issue and the Adam thing worked well
I applied it twice (one in morning and another one at evening, same day) and it has been 2 months and those marks 90% gone/hidden

Nothing seems to get rid of the marks completely, but you minimize its appearance by cleaning it.
I've been using Griot's Garage Interior Cleaner. It can be used on every interior surface of the car, although I would not recommend it for glass or shiny plastic.
It wipes away clean and leaves no residue or scent.

This is all very disappointing. I have a scratch on dash above glove box on my very new Lexus. I’ve used Armor All. Helps but as soon as it dries, scratch re-appears.
I’ve had a little Miata for 26 years now that cost me less than half of what I paid for the Lexus. Same color dash on it and it’s constantly exposed to top-down sun light. It looks as new as it did the day I drove the car home.
Disconcerting.

Forget Armor All - try the Adams. I had a cheap Chevy that this didn't happen to so what does that really point out?

Unfortunately, there's nothing that will remove the marks on the dash. Like Mike said, Adams Interior Detailer works great to hide/diminish the marks. You will need to reapply every month or so. Spray some on a soft microfiber towel and gently wipe the dash with it. I say gently because that dash can be marked up VERY easily. It has something to do with the flat finish that the dash has. Below is a link to the product.

I don't know what the material is on the dash but Lexus states that it's environmentally friendly. A poor choice whatever it is. Apparently the surface remains the same for 20, 21, MY cars...
The marks on my 2019 will be 3 years old in December...

Thanks for the recommendation. I just ordered a bottle to try out. I got into car detailing a few years ago as hobby. Over the years I have practiced the art and watched countless youtube videos from various pro detailers. I have tried various products and always focus on the results. When I first started I used Armor All stuff like a lot of people as they seem to be everywhere in retail stores. Now whenever someone mentions that name I almost throw up in my mouth a bit. In my experience their products are at the bottom of the barrel. I haven't seen one that is half decent yet.
