303 covers the marks but like just about everything else mentioned on this thread does not remove the blemish. The application will eventually deteriorate and another will be required to hide the marks. Armorall, 303, Adam's, and a host of others simply do not work.

thank you
I used a terry cloth towel. I sprayed little on the towel and dabbed the scuffed area. Just let it air dry.

Here is what I used. Again Armor All, Adams, Chemical Guys, Z didn’t work for me - those did not hide any of the scuff.

I see that you posted the 303 Protectant Interior and Exterior. Is that the exact 303 that you used? The 303 Protectant Interior and Exterior?

This thread won't die. It just keeps going and going. LOL. The longer it goes on the more silly it gets.

Silly? What is so silly about owners noting the products which work best for them in treating an obvious and annoying defect in the Lexus dash material? I appreciate the information. I’m sure many others do as well.

Any update? I have a new 2022 RX-my scratches aren't that bad but would like to clean it myself if I can.

There's no update required. as I've said day 1, products don't do jack all to fix the physical destruction of the material. it needs mechanical repair, whatever that may be. also not sure what the RX materials are or if they are the same as the ES so you may want to check with RX people to see if that's even your issue. can you post a photo of it? (sorry if this is "off topic")

I super-baby my dash. I mean SUPER BABY. still, it has marks from my microfiber wipings. SO frustrating i can't have a perfect interior.

Past BMW? Past CT200H? I can super-thrash the dash. straight up kick it and bash it. and still looks showroom perfect 13/6 years later.

ES dashboard? self destructs by sitting in air.

I was asking user mattsrs about his experience with the leather conditioner.

Mine isn't too bad-but there will be a point where proper care and maintenance will need to be required. I don't believe that no solution-is a solution.

products 100% will not fix the issue 7ES owners are having, by definition. thank me for the efficient answer

i didn't say no solution is a solution, i said products aren't a solution. the fix is mechanical or replacement. the material damages too easily. it's not a stain, or a "mark," but mechanical damage which manifests itself as a perceptible visual blemish.

Perhaps as with the 2IS, Lexus will update the part or find a different supplier.

Any advice on what to use to dust off the dash besides a microfiber cloth? Maybe a cloth used to clean glasses or screens? Not talking about products but the applicator itself if that makes sense.

A damp terry cloth. I use water and water only to clean my dash. No protectorant, Armorall, or anything else. Just H20 with a towel like material.
