I'm curious. Why would a Freon leak on a car with full warranty coverage be a "goodwill" repair? Does anyone know why this wouldn't have just been a standard warranty repair? The repair bill states this is an "out of warranty" repair and that doesn't make sense to me.

The gurgling noise was on MY16 RXs, seemed to be fixed with a purge and refill of the system, later a tsb.
I dont know why they mentioned goodwill repair, unless their was some end user caused damage that wasnt noted, but I assume if its been recently been purchased/lease then dont know why they documented it that way.
Nice to have it fixed though

HVAC Noise
For several months, I have been hearing a chirping / gurgling noise when the AC is on. When I turn the AC off, it goes away. I have also determined that it is not the fan as when the heater is on with the AC off, the noise is not there. It is not very loud and the radio easily masks this noise. Nevertheless, I plan to have it serviced soon in hopes of resolving it. Has anyone else experienced this noise on their 2019 ES350?
