Default Parking assist unavailable

After washing and drying my car this message appeared, but after driving it for 10 minutes the message disappeared. Any thoughts?

You probably had suds or water blocking one or more of the sensors. Not to worry. Here in the northeast U.S.A. we get them blocked with snow with the same result. Usually clears out in a short time or just wipe it out.

Same thing happened to me when I disconnected the battery for a while. Also went away after driving.

It's happened a few time over the last 16 months, and goes away quickly.

The first time I pulled over, wiped all the sensors, restarted the car, but it still disappeared when IT felt good and ready.

Default Parking sensor and rain lengthy fail

I've had our 2019 ES300h in for three service visits where the parking sensor error came back on the "could not find fault" list. They even said they backed-up the queue in the dealer car wash making sure it got really wet. No joy.
Recent visit was during week-long typhoon in Atlanta and service adviser rolled his eyes and said "I have several models in here for that, it's very common..." with the implication that it's not fixable. I took photos from the HUD/display that showed one sensor totally red with proximity while the car was in the wide-open driveway. Nope, not going to fix it.
The blinking warning lights are very distracting too.
Very annoying that the black box does not sufficiently store the error code to have something done about it -- or that anything IS done about it upon complaint.

Wet sensor? Nope, nothing in front of the car.
