I'm trying to talk with them to lower but seems like they're not interested to do so.

I am in Norcal, I have contacted with Lexus Sacramento, Roseville and Concord but no luck.
That seems high.

I think this is too high, What do you guys thing?
2020 ES 350 F-Sport Package. 0% for 60 months. (I am not taking the $3000 rebate)

MSRP: $53,835
Sale Price: $50,431

Govt Fees: $647
Doc Fees: $85
Total Taxes: $4,420
Total Sales Price: $55,583

He gave me the offer for $54,783.
I am asking him to come down to $52,500 but he decline the offer. Seems too high for me especially this time.

Get at least 10% off MSRP.

Personally when I looked for my GS, I found using Edmunds.com was very helpful. If you use the the Edmunds phone app, you can see the options packages spelled out. It makes it easier to compare the different packages.

If you ask, or "offer" in such terms, the salesman will call your bluff. Never ask with a leading "are you willing to" or "may i offer..." "can you do better" or "can you see if you can"

Always clearly and plainly state, I'll pay no more than $XX,XXX.

If they say no, walk away. Chances are they'll think about it and call you the next day.

What are your comparables? If you went to one dealer, and then saw an offer here from X months ago, you really cant draw a conclusion on pricing today. Today is probably not the best day to start shopping as programs end today, but tommorrow is. Email every comparable and get their pricing and then draw a conclusion

If you dont have time for playing the game, then I`d suggest you try a car buying website or broker. Usually fair prices to set your price ceiling and then work down maybe $600 for a fair and easy deal

IRobot, you been at this since April!! 🥶🤯. How bad do you really want to own a Lexus. Slow down n find the dealer that has your correct exterior/interior combo and start working on getting 9-12% disc + the rebate or .9% interest. Whichever of 2 is best for you. Don't worry abt the posters stating 15-20% disc very few of those deals happening. Go get it done. Send us pics!! Let's Go.
Geez oh peep.

Default Buying ES 350

I'm getting one soon, f-sport full package, dealer able to give me OTD for $54K with 0%. Hope to close the deal tomorrow.

******************
just saw lexus released the new deal for July 2020. Can someone explain how the Incentive work? I am taking the 0% - 60 Month. But saw the deal for July 0% for 60 Month Plus $500 finance Cash Incentive.
is that $500 apple toward my down payment?
for example: I am buying the car for $54K add the $500 finance cash total will be: $53,500?

that $500 is extra saving that lexus give it to you right? Sorry i am new to all of this. Never buy a car with incentives before.

also, i noticed on the proposed they sent me. Does anyone think the Government Fee seems too high? What else includes on that? License fee, registration fee, etc.

I am in Norcal!

The $500 application is listed as a Down Payment as per the TC you posted.

Whats the V-Spec? Compare that to the $726 add-ons? That addon probably is dealer added items which most people dont need.
If its stuff you have used in the past, ok, but if its like Nitrogen tires, vin etching bs, politely pass on that stuff (if the dealer wants you to include em, then ask to see the actual terms and conditions on those addons, if they are cancellable with a full refund post purchase)

Usually rule of thumb (not 100% accurate) but if the fee is taxable, then its not usually a standard state fee. Research online which fees you should be paying and which fees are dealer profit. California is a pretty gov fee central state, as you have alot of consumer protection stuff built in.

Most carbuying websites, are showing a 8% pre incentives discount right now with the 0% LFS offer. See how that compares to what you have.

I'd remove those dealer add-ons. They're usually worthless crap and have 1000% mark-up.
The Toyota stealership where I purchased my Avalon tried to get me for $2k in dealer add-ons. And when I told them I'm not paying for those they removed it but lowkey reduced my trade-in. Sneaky bastards. After I threatened to walk they corrected the figures.

BTW I just glimpsed at the Lexus offers and they have $3k lexus cash and $1.5k loyalty cash. Personally I'd go for those if possible.

You're getting closer. Stay with this one. As previous poster mentions go back in and ask what changed in July for incentives. Use them to your advantage. If you can get in the 8-10% disc range plus 2-3k of Lexus Corp incentives , plus the low finance % through LFS you good to go. Dont let thgs get rattled and hopefully you can finally own a Lexus!

1) Cant stack Lexus Cash (separate from finance cash) with the 0% offer from LFS, unless the terms state otherwise.
2) With only $3k cash on the hood, if OP was to finance the entire amount with even the lowest market rate (2.3/60) OP would not come out ahead vs taking the LFS offer. If the cash was much more or if he/she/they/it were only doing a select portion in cash and finance the remainder the case would of course be different.

We all agree pursue the leads on this one, but if you want to drill down to the lowest pre-incentive pricing you need to reach out to other dealerships in the area.

So, finally got a deal. Took the car home today and loved it so far.
Actually the add-ons are the accessories that's already installed on the car. I'm ok with those accessories, that's why the price is a big high.
Accessories: Illuminated Trunk Sill and Door Sills, Paint protections film, etc.

Took the car and walk OTD: $53,500 with 0% - 60 Month. Love the car with full f-sport options. Still have a lot to learn here and there.

Thanks everyone for feedback and tips, i'm able to get this car the way I wants.
