Oh gosh, I was looking around that area but couldn't figure out it was hiding there....Thank you so much. They make it hard to put the mechanical key in there.

The 5k(standard chk ups, tire rotation) and 10k (oil change) is free through Lexus Corp. You have the remote start, your salesman just didn't go over with you on how to use it. I personally don't use remote start feature so I'll let someone else explain it all to you. But u should definitely have it.
So I know the FIRST service at 5K we bring the car to dealer for maintaining and they will reset the oil maintenance. So the next one will be at 10K, is it continue from the first 5K or reset at 10K? So the 2nd one will be at 15K service right? or the 2nd one will be at 10K?
First service: 5K
Second service: 10K? or (5K+10K= 15K)?

10k: Oil service

Opps, my bad. I know No Oil change at 5K. I am just confuse how did they calculate this. I read on the manual they said they will reset the service at 5K, is that mean I have to drive another 10K for the 2nd service? or are they combine first 5K and drive another 5K for the 10K service?

I have 2 more questions about the Backup camera and Rear climate.
1) I noticed the backup camera isn't that sharp, looks like all out of focus and grainy, is that normal on 2019 model or mine is bad one?
2) Does anyone know how to turn off the AC on the rear, I play around with the climate control but there is no way for me to turn off AC on the rear.

Regarding question 2, I have no idea so I will leave that to someone else that may have helpful information. I recall reading that there is some setting that reduces flow to the rear vents but I couldn't locate anything in the manual. Perhaps that was a feature in the previous generation car...

As to question 1, since we cannot see your display and I don't consider mine "out of focus and grainy", I don't quite know how this would be anything other than a subjective evaluation. I would go to the dealer and ask to compare yours against another car on the lot.

I had a 2020 ES loaner for a few days and noticed a huge difference. The rear camera view was much sharper.
Apparently, Lexus did something to the 2020 that eliminated the fuzziness. I wonder if it's a part that can be replaced?

I also noticed that the rear camera view on my 2019 ES is fuzzy. Looks like it's out of focus.

Interesting. Then it may not be a model year issue.
The difference in clarity between the backup camera on my 2019 ES and the 2020 ES loaner I drove is very noticeable. I'll mention it next time I'm in for service, which I don't expect for a while. If they give me the "operating as expected" line, which I expect, I'll ask them to compare it to other some other ESs, preferably 2020s.
