Default Sports Plus + vs Sport

I was just wondering the noticeable differences between the two. Please post your experiences if you have some. Thank you.

Sport+ is only available on vehicles equipped with the variable adaptive suspension. I don't have that on my ES but on my Avalon it is just like regular sport mode, but the dampers and steering wheel are on full time stiff and there are engine sound effects. Not really a mode I'd prefer to be in even when driving enthusiastically.

Same on the ES. The steering and suspension are a lot firmer, little more engine noise, and that's all.

Oh, and gauges change.

At highway driving (80 or more) the front end seems to dig in more and when I pass an 18-wheeler the car doesn't exhibit wind resistance bumping.

I don't use it often, and when driving 75-90 mph, there is no difference in mpg's.

I do like it though.

Yes, it is. A lot less body roll, road imperfections are felt in greater magnitude.
