My arm rest squeaks from the front center. Mostly likely from leaning on it? Anyone have this replaced?

Hi, My dealer replaced the armrest due to squeaky noise, But after sometime the new armrest started squeaking. I was surprised that they have to change the whole center console as it comes one assembly. So what they have done with my new armrest is they put some foam insulation tape on some inner edges and the sound reduced to minimum but still squeaks sometimes. (Always take a video and show it to your dealer)
