Not real sure what the hell that means. I have pushed past the 60 and I am driving a ES350F USB and loving it. So there ya young whipper snappers. LOL

Has anyone track tested the F Sport vs. the 350 ES UL for acceleration, G force and road course track times? Just curious how the numbers add up?

Is there a clear bra protection film on both mirrors? Both of my mirrors look not clean or clear, feel like something on it and water spots everywhere, I tried to clean but still show up. I don't know whether a clear bra protection on it that can't be clean? Anyone with the f-sport model have that problem on your mirrors?

I do have a clear bra protection around the car but not sure about the mirrors.

No problems with side view mirrors. I've never heard about any protective film on the mirrors.

Really wish they had the Hybrid in F-Sport trim in the US like they do in Europe.

A complete paint protection film package will often include film on the mirrors. If you have it on your car's mirrors, a close inspection should reveal the line where the film ends.

Yes, I have a complete package film protection on my 2020 ES f-sport but somehow I couldn't figure out why the mirrors doesn't look clear like glass. Usually when you clean you can see it clean and clear, mine look like foggy/haze.

Are you talking about the mirror glass or about the shell of the mirrors? If you have paint protection film, there is a good chance that the mirror shells are covered with film, but the mirror glass should not have anything on it.

Yes, I am talking about the mirror glass on both side. Clean using water and vinegar and others but still look hazy.

Anyone driving in "M" mode? I am not sure if mine is normal. When ever I stop at the stop light or red light the shift is not goes back to Gear 1, it's stay the same gear when I drive (Gear 4/5). Is that normal? I got the loaner NX today and when I stop, it shift back to M1.

What are the main differences between ES350 F sport and IS350 F sport? IS350 F sport looked more appealing to me personally. IS350 comes with AWD option, which is nice

FWD based (ES) RWD based (IS). You can AWD in the ES but it comes with a 4cyl only. Interior room much more spacious in the ES.

Unless I'm missing something, there's no M mode with the 7th gen ES; there's just S mode which allows you to tell the transmission the top gear to use in the gear shift range.

There's a lot more "fine points" on the operation in the owner's manual but a few quotes from the 2019 version of the owner's manual"

  1. Selecting shift ranges using S mode restricts the upper limit of the possible gear ranges, controls engine braking force, and prevents unnecessary upshifting.

The initial shift range in S mode is set automatically to 4, 5 or 6 according to vehicle’s speed. However, the initial shift range may be set to 3 if AI-SHIFT has operated while the shift lever was in the D position.
And text from the table follow that (first part of line is is Meter Display and second part is Function description):
S2-S8 A gear in the range between 1 and the selected gear is automatically cho- sen depending on vehicle speed and driving conditions

S1 Setting the gear at 1
So, what you see displayed when stopped (e.g., S 4) is not the gear used by the transmission in start from the stop; rather, it is the top gear that can/will be used while driving. (The transmission will override that to prevent over-revving damage.)

Its a shame there is no AWD version of ES350 that is v6. I might be steered towards IS350 solely because it has AWD and v6
