What year did the ES take on this GRILLE and what is it called? I call it big mouth vertical.

2019 on the ES and 2018 on the LS. It's a modern variant of their spindle grill.

Starting with the 2019 redesign. I really like it on my 2019 ES 300h. I would have preferred the F-Sport grill but the F-Sport doesn't come in a hybrid and doesn't have a few other options I wanted.

The ES300h does come in a FSport model but Lexus decided that the US market would not get it.

It seems like Lexus likes leaving out the USA on things. In other countries the 2019 ES can be upgraded to have Android Auto but not in the USA.

Only a fool would remove the F-sport grill. The grill and color combination are the main reasons I purchased my vehicle... everything else IMO is
