Thanks for so many great comments. I believe I am getting the best deal possible right now. Also, the process led me to Thompson Lexus in Willow Grove and Doylestown, PA. I can not say enough great things about them. As my wife colorfully said, my local dealer is a cluster-fuc$. I bought a LS400 from them in 1995 and a RX300 in 1999. Both were horrible experiences, especially when I tried to get the free maintenance services and a few warranty repairs. The thought of buying from then again was not pleasant.

My new ES is scheduled for production on the third. I remember when people said NEVER buy a car made on Monday or Friday. Hopefully those concerns do not apply today on a modern Toyota assembly line. Thompson gave me a great deal and offered to deliver the car to my house since they are 58 hard driving miles away and I expressed concern about my wife having to drive the return trip by herself.

Through great connections within the dealership I picked up an ES300H on July 3rd for 21% off the window sticker. My Dad liked it so much he asked me to see about the same deal so he bought one as well. I am really enjoying the car as my trade in was a 2017 Avalon Hybrid. While the same parent company teh service and expreience are so much better with the Lexus. This is our first and everyone tells me it won't be my last.
