Well compared to a stripped base model but I would never consider that anyway.

LOL happy wife, happy life. Good decision on your part!

My wife actually likes the regular ES grill and thinks the FSPORT grill is a bit too much. But mainly when she saw the price difference, it was a big NO from her, which played a big part of why I didn't just the Fsport originally.

My only regret is not getting Atomic Silver which was my original preference for color.

Looks great! I have pock marks on my GS 350 so before I have it painted, I'll price out the conversion kit. Thanks for sharing.

The grill conversion looks good. Too bad you have to spoil the look with a front tag...

Another member who did this said he had to reprogram his front radar sensor in the emblem due to being swapped over/unplugged. I think he said his friend at the dealer did that for him.

I don't know if he "had" to do it or just did it. But i assume yours gave you no problem after swapping it over?

just purchased a 2021 Es350 2 weeks ago for my wife 😁. I really like the F-sport version but cant pass the extra $$$ I just wanted the exterior look. As soon as we took it home I started researching if I could do the F-sport swap and came across your thread. 👍🏽 So thank you. I already ordered the parts the next day I got the ES.. you did not mention on your post that there will be cutting holes and extra clips involved in the swap..

front bumper side garnish already have a marked cut out behind the bumper. All I needed was a dremmel tool and a clip from my old FJ cruiser plastic Bumper..

same clips will be use for the back.

I’ll see if I can put pictures later.

Default Do it for the Valance

I was looking for an aftermarket diffuser but i was wondering if i can just install an F sport back bumper cover to my ultra luxury.
from what ive seem of the pics and research it should be a simple on off but i want to know if you ended up doing anything special?

Im hoping the only thing i will have to do is get the paint to match my sunlit green.

Any advice or information?

ok, removing the rear bumper will be the hardest part. Its easy once you locate the invisible screws.. there’s 2 of them on each side of the bumper under the rear wheel well. There’s a small hole and you can only feel it with your finger. I used a deep socket 10mm. Or you can use a philip screw drive. There’s also a screws by the tail light behind the plastic cover you’ll see it when you open the trunk.

picture time!!!

same with the front Bumper.. all the holes that you will need to cut are marked behind the bumper.. cut inside the Center box. DO NOT cut pass the top line because holes will be too big. And it will show above the diffuser. Cut slowly!

clips are on!!!

Finished product!!! 🤗 you will also need 2 plastic push clips to secure the 2 lower brackets. I’ll get the part number tomorrow.

diffuser is already painted F-sport grey. You can have it painted to match your ES..

clips are not included when you buy the diffuser. You have to buy them. Amazon has them I posted the link on my front bumper post ☝🏼You need a total of 11 and 2 push clips.. dremel tool is a must if you plan on doing it yourself.
