I'm okay with the remote touchpad interface - but the voice commands for the NAV - omg so freakin bad and useless.

You mean as an example, "Get directions to …." ? Works flawlessly for me every time.

I find that as long as you articulate clearly and slowly, it bats almost 1,000. Just my experience.
