Went to a shop Today and they found the spark plugs are bad. Also they told me I have to do cleaning to the fuel injectors and change the fuel pump filter but there is no fuel filter come spirit 🤦🏻♂️ What cause all that???😩
question do they need to take of the Engine Intake Manifold to change the spark plugs??!

And yes engine intake manifold needs to removed for changing the spark plus as other 3 spark plugs set on the backside of the engine, while you are doing this let them clean your injectors as well. Then you can add Lexus injector cleaner every 10000KM as per Lexus recommendations.
One more tip, Always check your engine air filter to make sure it is not dusty or clogged up.

That's what I told you yesterday changing the spark plugs will be a good idea as well as adding a Lexus fuel injector cleaner to the fuel tank as what Lexus recommends. Regarding the fuel filter, you have to replace the whole fuel pump to the updated one after the recall because it sets inside the fuel tank.
And yes engine intake manifold needs to removed for changing the spark plus as other 3 spark plugs set on the backside of the engine, while you are doing this let them clean your injectors as well. Then you can add Lexus injector cleaner every 10000KM as per Lexus recommendations.
One more tip, Always check your engine air filter to make sure it is not dusty or clogged up.

Hope all Lexus owners and their loved one safe.
really I need your help guys,
my issue started one day after driving around 30 miles on highway, then after 4 hours I started the engine, the engine started vibrating like "low fuel coming to the engine or something else" and I can tell notice coming from Engine Intake Manifold! I turned off the car then i turned on, the engine it better then before but the vibration still there. the engine is not smooth and i can feel the vibration on steering wheel. the car still new just 15k miles on it , and from that happened until now I drove around 2000 miles and can't figure what the issue. no warning lights or messages. I bought the car from America and shipped it overseas, and the stupid limited dealership over here doesn't accept any overseas cars.

you know that recalls are a safety issue and is done for free regardless of where you brought your car from right? Is required by law.
you should have just done the recall in the first place.
not sure why all the suggestion or bad advice about spark plugs. It’s a 100k mile service.

I think your mechanics saw you coming. 
Hard to believe that the vehicle required plugs and injector cleaning. And apparently it didn't help anyway. You should get the fuel pump replaced and take it from there. I wouldn't count on getting a free fuel pump from Lexus either...

You should go to Lexus Drivers to see the history of your car and if there is an open recall on it. Since you got the car at 7k the fuel pump recall could have been done already(or incorrectly), or not done at all. I suppose it is something you could attempt to replace yourself if absolutely necessary if you had the part, but personally I am not that brave.

The OP is between a rock and a hard place. He has a car sold in America that the Lexus dealer in his country will not service because it came from the U.S.A. So how does he get the fuel pump replaced if the dealer won't let him in the door? He stated that he emailed Lexus and asked for a fuel pump to be sent. Good luck with that... He was advised to replace plugs in a 15k mile car which was incorrect as it wasn't necessary and he was taken advantage of - and after they were replaced the problem remains. Unless this car was bought at a very low price I don't get why it was shipped overseas with all the issues of warranty coverage. 
He needs to find a reputable independent service provider that is trustworthy and can accurately diagnose just what is happening in this new car. My sympathies as it's a real mess.
