Help Please 🙏 2019 ES350 engine problem
Hope all Lexus owners and their loved one safe.
really I need your help guys,
my issue started one day after driving around 30 miles on highway, then after 4 hours I started the engine, the engine started vibrating like "low fuel coming to the engine or something else" and I can tell notice coming from Engine Intake Manifold! I turned off the car then i turned on, the engine it better then before but the vibration still there. the engine is not smooth and i can feel the vibration on steering wheel. the car still new just 15k miles on it , and from that happened until now I drove around 2000 miles and can't figure what the issue. no warning lights or messages. I bought the car from America and shipped it overseas, and the stupid limited dealership over here doesn't accept any overseas cars.
You can hear the noise that coming from the Engine Intake Manifold 👂👂👂

If the car was dangerously low on oil the damage may already been done. I am not saying this is the case and hope it isn't as it would be very expensive to fix. You are going to have to find a mechanic. Good luck.
Just curious, how much did you saved from buying it in U.S and have it shipped over to South Africa versus buying one over there at local dealer?

Sounds like an emissions issue to me... I would try to see which, if any, codes are displayed through the OBD2 adapter.

What kind of noise is it from the intake? Any leaks? With only 15k on the clock would be unlikely to be the intake manifold gasket leaking. You require a diagnostic evaluation my friend.
I would be interested in knowing what you find to be the issue.
After more thinking, could be a bad load of gasoline. Did it run well before this?
GOOD LUCK!

Keep us posted as I am curious about the root cause as this seems highly unusual for a car such low miles. For the few first seconds of the video I thought I was looking at a very old engine. I guess you're living in a very dusty environment.

It is good to use 95 RON in the Middle East and the GCC. And Lexus recommends using Lexus Fuel Injector Cleaner every 10000KM. Before removing all the spark plugs try to remove one or two to see in which shape they are. and regarding the fuel pump failure recall, it might cause this issue because once the fuel pump fails it won't pump enough fuel to the engine and causes vibration.
