Default Running Old Ethanol Free Fuel

With my previous vehicles I would burn off my year old generator fuel so it can be refreshed. The fuel is Ethanol Free 90 with a couple ounces of a preservative added.

Is there any concern with running my tank low and adding 10 gallons of my generator fuel onto 2020 es?

Top brands use additives to keep the engine running cleaner.

I exclusively use 93 Octane ethanol free gasoline in all my small engines. I empty out any remaining fuel (from the 5 gallon container) into the car every spring and fall, and I also keep it treated with an ounce per gallon of Seafoam, every time I fill it.

Never had any issues, or noticed any difference in performance.

We aren't talking about small engines here, we are talking about using this fuel in our cars!! Any concerns?

I believe the reply is saying that the fuel they use for small engines, like what I stock for my portable home generator, is run in their Lexus when it is time to refresh the stored fuel.

I am taking the reply as one person who has found it safe to run old non ethonal fuel treated with a preservative in a new es 350.

I am glad to hear this but would like to hear from a few others before I go pouring this into my vehicle.

For the last 30 or so years I have always poured the remainder of my snow blower/leaf blower fuel (with 1 part oil to 50 parts gasoline!) into my vehicles and never had a problem. Of course it was usually only a gallon or less and I always added fuel stabilizer when I first filled the gas cans. I should add that I always used 93 octane in my small engines, but lately it has all been with 10% ethanol. If your 10 gallons have been given the recommended amount of stabilizer it should be OK. But if you are concerned, why don't you just use 2-3 gallons of it for each fill-up.
