Default F-sport seat comfort issues?

Does anyone else find the seat bottom on front seats of their F-Sport uncomfortable? I’m having an issue with the side bolsters of the seat bottom digging into my legs. I had a Mini Clubman with sport seats and didn’t have this issue. I’m not particularly large either (about 5’10 and 190lbs).

I’ve had my F-Sport since March just before things all started to close due to COVID, so I only have about 3,800 miles on my car. Maybe they’ll soften up after some more time sitting in them...

They're comfy for me but it's all subjective. My wife has an RX and when we looked at the FSport trim there, the seats were unbearable.

I have that issue too, but I'm on the bigger side.

I just found out over the weekend that the headrest moves forward and back not only up and down...

Weird I found the F sport NX seats to be horrible but the IS F sport seats to be amazing. I guess it's way different per car. But probably still way more comfy than BMW seats, those suckers are hard as hell.

Totally different in each model. My wife's RX is non FSport as neither of us could get comfy in the FSport seats. But the ES FSport seats are fine for either of us.

The ES F Sport seats are fine, and I don't really have a problem with the NX F Sport seats.

Dunno? maybe posterior differences?

I am 5 7 and around 180 lbs, drove 35k miles in my f sport, and never had that issue. Maybe you need to find a different (new) comfortable position with that seat? also, you can lower the front cushion, although it gives more support to the body under braking.

I did a cross country (KS -> CO -> UT -> NV -> CA and back) trip in those seats driving 10-12 hrs a day for 10 days... never had that issue and seats felt comfortable.

I have the same issue - bolsters in my LEXUS ES FSport are digging into my legs and making the long ride hell. I would suggest people to be aware of these bucket seats, as you can’t make out this problem in just a 10 min ride..

by the way, did this problem go, any update or advice???
