Hi all, hoping you can help with this and it's a simple fix.

I have been using an USB loaded with songs and am able to use the voice command to find song titles or artists. This worked for about 2 months, then i got an error saying "Catalogue is being loaded" when trying to search a song. I couldn't get it to work and replaced it with a new USB. This seems to have fixed the issue and the voice command has been working for 6 months or so, until now when i am getting the same error message again. The USB still works and I can still browse through songs using the touchpad, i just can't use the voice command.

Has anyone else have had the same issue? Is there a way to reset the multimedia system?

I have a similar issue with TEXT commands and the only way to fix it is to unpair and repair the phone. Lexus told me there's a known issue with the technology and this is the only fix for now.
