ES250 AWD is a phone-in vehicle with minimal risk at end of the day.
es300h AWD has been available in the Japanese market for few years.

should go back to the joy stick. The GS recessed screen is superior, no glare, no greasy screen. Who wants to see a screen full of finger prints on a luxury car?

Touch screen, new front grille and new colors just some of the changes. Can not believe they are eliminating atomic silver plus silver lining and nebula gray. Hope this is just for the ES but doubt it.

LOL. Lexus is finally giving the customers what they want. For me the screen is a bit too far of a reach anyway so I am fine with non-touch screen as I am using Apple CarPlay most of the time via Siri. I don't want to poke at the screen while driving anyway let alone see those finger prints.

now BSM is standard. i wanted this on my ES.

and damn the new dash is nice... much cleaner. re worked to bring the screen closer and the a/c controls are much cleaner. that whole area just looks way more upscale now. the prior hvac/volume control panel looked cheap.

New 17" wheel option:

Might be better for me not to look! Just bought my 2021 a month ago. Don’t want to get any ideas too soon!

I agree. Atomic Silver is my favorite Lexus color but I was never a fan of Silver Lining as it was just too bland for my taste. As for the touch screen, I doubt I would use it. Our new RX has a similar configuration with both touch screen and touch pad. I don't like the fingerprints all over the screen in such a visible location there on top of the dash. Having said that, the screen in the RX has an anti-glare surface and doesn't show the fingerprints as bad as some displays. For example, the current ES screen would be a trainwreck it if were simply converted to handle touch as it is too shiny (similar to the ipad used as an illustration in this thread). So by giving it more anti-glare properties it has reduced the fingerprints, but it does still show some fingerprints. I am too OCD to handle the fingerprints and have to say it is still a bit of a stretch to reach comfortably. It actually works better for the passenger though...

TrackPad works just fine for me. I navigate it without taking my eyes off the road at this point.

I'm on the other side of the fence on Silver Lining. I think it's vibrant, youthful, and sharp. Just a sharp take on an already classic color.

Atomic silver looks too brownish and dull.

Ah it makes sense to move the screen closer so it can easily poke at. However for me I am fan of the old setup as it's recessed and integrated better with the dashboard and it helps with glare issues. I am not a fan of the floating iPad style on my vehicle.

Good changes for the tech bits. Wish they’d add acoustic glass to the F Sport and revise the seat padding for F Sport seats.

Right no BSM. For 2022, it will be standard equipment as part of TSS 2.5
