Since no one replied to this post, I wanted to let you know that I found some DRL's for our car.
https://www.ebay.com/itm/25502902510...evt=1&mkcid=28
It's a bit overpriced at $320 but it looks pretty good.

Yep ive seen those before. they kinda look like poop but the concept is interesting.
Would be nice to incorporate RC350 fog lights but would take an enormous amount of work. Surely I hope someone can create bezels which can accomodate fog lights, perhaps some OEM units from another make. I like the multi LED ones similar to the accord. but yeah.. keep dreaming. Missed opportunity for Lexus to use those lower trim pieces for some rad looking super stunning LED turn signals or fog lights.

I've had cars with fog lights, and I never seem to see the same implementation twice. Some shine off to the side. Some shine down. Some just seem like misaimed auxiliary headlights that spray a beam.
I don't live in a particularly fog-prone area, so I've always wondered. To those who have experience with them: Do fog lights really help much in the fog?

That said, I've never had a European car w/ fog lights and I would imagine they are more purpose built as it gets pretty damn foggy in parts of Europe.

One thing I want to look into is that the ES comes with rear fog lights in the UK/ROW. I wonder how they look. There is a switch on the stalk of the UK/ROW ES cars that you rotate to activate the rear fog lights. Presumably they're implemented into the rear tail lights. I just don't know how or where. Would be cool if we could software unlock it but highly doubt that's possible.
With german cars you just connect a laptop and you can program features.

As far as front fogs, I'd want fog lights just for aesthetics. Don't really have that much fog here and even so, normal lights have always worked fine for me (for the kind of fog we encounter)
