Default Lexus ES 2020 F-sport Steering issue

Hi 👋 I have Lexus ES 350 Fsport recently I notice some slightly vibration while I am driving and while Car in D and air conditioner is ON
I took the car to the dealer multi times and at the beginning they say its from the tires so I change the tires to new Pirelli P7 tires and same, car dealer told me it’s normal but I don’t feel it’s normal

Any one face same problem or have solution for that ?

Make sure the tires were road force balanced. I had a similar issue and the dealer first gave me a cocamamie excuse that all FSports ride like this. A big BS. Then they road force balanced and the ride was perfect. Low profile tires are more susceptible to these issues.

At what speed do you feel the vibration?

Then you either have a tire out of round or some other mechanical issue. Remember NEW means Never Ever Worked.

If the vibration is at all speeds, it has zero (0) to do with balancing. But for a lead pipe strapped to your wheel, balancing issues wont result in vibration until 55mph+. So if you feel something below those speeds it's likely powertrain or chassis related. Really unlikely in a new car but it can happen.

Unfortunately you would need a lot better description in order to help pinpoint your exact issue.

Lets start with this, does the "vibration" happen when you are driving in a parking lot at low speeds?

Is the vibration in the seat, or is it in the steering wheel? Normally seat is rear tires and steering wheel is front.

Does the car vibrate when sitting still at a stop sign? Not being funny, the ES cars do vibrate at idle especially with the A/C on.

Does it only happen when you're changing lanes?
