Issue with Ride Quality and Sound

I don't know what's on the RX, but the Michelins that come on the ES are different from the aftermarket Primacy All-Seasons.

Whoops, I got the names of these two tires thoroughly scrambled. Where I said "Premier" I should have said "Primacy." And the OEM tire is the "Michelin Energy Saver Eco Green All-Season."

If you got crappy mileage out of your OE Primacys, Premiers, or whatever, it does not mean the replacement Primacys et al will deliver crappy mileage. The tread compound on the non-OE tires is different, and usually prioritizes good wear. The OE tires are specifically tuned for one specific model, whereas the Replacement tire has to be acceptable for all other makes & models using the same size.

They also have a decision guide based on your answers to some questions here
https://www.tirerack.com/content/tir...ion_guide.html
And tire test results here
https://www.tirerack.com/tires/tests/testSearch.jsp
If you enter your vehicle info (model, year) into http://www.discounttiredirect.com
they will list all the tires that fit your wheels. Then if you click on each tire you can see a bunch of information on the tire including tread depth.
I bought my GS 350 from Carvana so they put 4 new tires (Falken - Japanese company) on before they delivered it and those tires have a tread depth of only 8/32nds of an inch when brand new. I found some other highly rated tires on Discount Tire for a little bit less price than mine that come with 12/32nds tread depth when new (Nokian - Finnish company). 4/32nds difference is a lot. Brand new tires should have a tread depth of 10-12/32nds.
When I entered a 2021 Lexus ES 350 with 19 inch wheels (235/40/19) on DiscountTireDirect.com the following tires got the best reviews (in order of least expensive to most)
Yokohama YK740 GTX - $195 each
Cooper CS5 Ultra Touring - $200
Pirelli Cinturato P7 All Season Plus II - $201
Continental Pure Contact LS - $219
Yokohama AVID Ascend GT - $224
Bridgestone Turanza Quiet Track - $240
Michelin Primacy MXM4 - $243
Michelin Pilot Sport 4S - $317 (Summer tire)

Hi
I agree and I compare it to the ES350 2008 I had. We had gone on a 1000 kms road trip that year abs this was done in a day. But let me tell you that was one of the most quietest and vibration free journey I have ever experience .
However recently we got the new ES300h and did the same 1000 kms stretch and as you said I noticed a lot of road noise and vibration coming into the car. I honestly felt exhausted by the end of it . This is just my observation but I do feel Lexus has taken a few step backwards when it comes to insulation of the cabin noise ig deal breaker for me . Having been loyal to Lexus for the last 20 years or so , I must say It is a big let down for me.

Consider getting a set of 17” tires, maybe Continental Pro Contact, I think they’re called. Talk to the guy at Tire Rack. The Conti’s I’ve had provided minimal road noise and smooth ride. With the money you’ve spent on that beautiful car, it’s only right that you perfect it and become able to drive it with pride and satisfaction,

I installed Continental Bridgestone QuietTracks last weekend, which made a world of difference. Had them on my Camry, and loved them. They're a fantastic Grand Touring tire and are super smooth and quiet. Was able to tell the difference before I even left the Discount Tire parking lot.
