I also used to run my 5ES at 30 psi but hand on heart it is too low. 33 is OK.

I mean - as long as you don't drive at speeds well in excess of 60 mph - like 90 mph for sustained periods on low tire pressures.
Would cause flexing and rapid overheating of sidewalls for a possible blow out.

I've never had irregular shoulder wear at that pressure, but an ES is FWD and front heavy I suppose.

Again, not true unless the tires are really under-inflated. If we're talking about 30 PSI cold when the door says 35, those tires warm up to 35 warm, and its a non issue. The TPMS on my S Class also shows the temp of each tire, and even on a hot day they don't overheat at sustained 80+ MPH.
