How Many Miles Do You Put On Your ES350 Per Year?

Yup, to my point, the new ES owners do not seem to be racking in miles at all considering it's a Lexus that will last 250k+ miles. I've seen listings on Autotrader and 90% of the 2019 ES have less than 10k miles on them. Is the reason for this being most owners own another car? I'm 22 straight out of college and this is my primary mode of transport.

wow. 22 years old and already own ES? That is unusual as the average age of buyers is 61 from one source I read. I think the low miles is a combination of things. This specific demographic of Lexus buyers tend to be financially better off so they have multiple vehicles. On top of that there is the pandemic so due to the lock down they drive even less.

Yea that makes sense. I got VSPP pricing on it and am obsessed with ride quality and luxury over sportiness. Found that the Lexus ES drives just as good and if not better than Audis and Volvos. On top, I like the reliability and that it will last me for years over German predecessors.

3,165 miles in 16 months. Love driving it whenever take her out of the garage. We also own a 2005 RX 330 with just under 155K. Retirement & COVID biggest contributors to the low miles. Since others have mentioned it, I’ll add that my wife and I celebrate 46 years later this year.

Man that's insane only 4.5k in 3 years. I work from home too but just picking up friends, shopping, and road trips all add up immensely.

I've put about 44K miles on my 2019 in 26 months. I would normally drive about 35,000 miles a year. Early on I logged a bunch of miles on some other cars, which has helped keep the miles down on the ES. Nowadays its in full workhorse commuter duty though. It is a comfortable and quiet highway cruiser, not a bad way to chew up the 120mi commute I slog through every day.
