"Enform" Features Question

"Enform" Features Question
Purchased the F Sport in Oct 18, so some of my complimentary services are due to expire at the end of next month.
With "Dynamic Navigation," my impression is it provides directions without the need to have a connected phone while driving. If I don't keep this feature, does the voice navigation work as it has as long as my phone is connected to the car?
"Safety Connect," a feature I have courtesy of Lexus until 2028, says it includes "enhanced roadside assistance." Is complimentary roadside assistance only in effect for the 4 year warranty period, and then, after that, you can call Enform, but you pay for towing?
Thank you.

My understanding with the Dynamic Navigation is that, with an active subscription, when you want directions, the system searches a more updated data base to check for the route that is currently the best one and that it will have access to more current information about restaurants, gas stations, and other points of interest. If you don't have an active subscription, the navigation system will use the data base that was installed in the car at the time when it was built. Thus, it will give you directions but it won't have access to information about newly-built roads and up-to-date information about points of interest.
The voice navigation will, I think, continue to work, but it just won't have access to the updated data base. I could be mistaken, but I think that all of this should work regardless of whether your phone is connected to the car.

The Dynamic Navigation in the Generation 7 ES is the same system that I have in the RAV4 Hybrid that I bought 11 months ago. So, I still have 2+ years to decide whether I'll be willing to pay for a subscription, but I do have to say that I've been impressed with how the system works. It seems to understand my voice commands very well, and, when I've used it, it has directed me to my destination in an efficient manner.

For those of us who are older and remember the Abbott and Costello joke "who's on first", I would compare the Lexus rollout of remote start in 2013 to it. It has been confusing from the start with charges, terms, key fob, smart phone, this year this works, next year it doesn't, 3 presses to start now 4... RS, RES, RES+ . The whole program has been one giant ball of confusion and this forum shows that by the members constantly asking clarification. Good that we have members who can intelligently explain how things work... Lexus really screwed this up from the start.
