Thanks for checking. Must be a quirk I have to get used to.

Anyone else see these rectangles in their headlights? Still wondering what their purpose could be.

Not sure what you're talking about. All looks normal. These units are industry standard and are common parts among other makes and models in the industry. Nothing out of the ordinary in your photos. Please be more specific or post better photos.
Looks like to be so "familiar" you are completely missing what the OP is referring to..., he is talking about that weird, awkward L shape that ends with a little rectangle shadow at the top of the lights where the cut is, if you pay attention to his picture you can see them. I have never, ever seen that kind of shadow next to the cut line of any type of vehicle with any type of HID, LED or Halogen light, not only that you can see that shadow against the wall up close, but it also creates shadows on the road. I have a new leased ES 350 and those LED lights are not right, light is scattered plus those two square shadows at the top annoy me. I work for a luxury transportation company and drive Lexus, Lincoln, Mercedes, BMW, Cadillac, Volvo and none of them ever had that weird L shape with a square shadow on the top.

I see them... loud and clear, and they annoy me. I also noticed that the spread of light is not even on the path of illuminated road, kind of scattered and kind of a bit yellowish closer to the front of the car, then whiter and then towards the end of the illuminated path again a bit yellowish which is surprising on an LED light with 6000 kelvin. Also when you go up a hill you can tell those shadows (those square boxes are there at the end of the illuminated area).
I have third party LED bulbs on my low beams on my BMW 528i with projector housing and the illumination on the road is all white and spreads even no sense of scattered light. For a brand new 2022 Lexus Es350 I am disappointed with the illumination on the road, the older Es 350 the company has with HID lights is superb, white and very even illumination the entire path. look at the picture below.. you can see the shadows magnified on the road and also like three different tones of illumination on the road light not even...

I am so HAPPY that someone else recognizes theses shadows and seems to think they are not right.
I have learned to live with them, since the dealer and folks here say that it is normal. And yes, there is a shadow on the road during night driving .

Wasn't one of the goal with Lexus is to put L's everywhere? LOL

How do I get the dealer to fix this issue? Mostly clueless. They don't acknowledge a problem.
Thanks
